By subscribing to any ChurchExpress.net service, you (“Client,” “Church,” or “Subscriber”) agree to the following Recurring Billing Terms & Conditions.

1. Subscription & Billing Authorization

By enrolling in a ChurchExpress.net subscription, you authorize ChurchExpress.net to charge your selected payment method on a recurring basis every 30 days (or according to the billing cycle selected at checkout), starting on the date your service begins. Charges will continue automatically unless and until the subscription is canceled in accordance with these Terms.

2. Fees & Payments

All subscription fees are billed in advance for the applicable billing period.

All payments are final and non-refundable, including but not limited to:

* Setup fees

* Monthly subscription fees

* Partial billing periods

* Unused services

Failure to use the service does not constitute grounds for a refund.

3. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time by submitting a written cancellation request through:

Cancellation will prevent future billing only.

No refunds or credits will be issued for charges already processed or for the current billing cycle.

Access to services may remain active until the end of the current paid billing period, unless otherwise stated.

4. Failed Payments & Account Suspension

If a payment fails, ChurchExpress.net reserves the right to:

* Retry the charge automatically

* Temporarily suspend services

* Permanently terminate the account if payment is not resolved

You are responsible for maintaining valid and up-to-date billing information.

5. Price Changes

ChurchExpress.net reserves the right to adjust pricing at any time.

If pricing changes apply to your subscription, you will be notified in advance before the new rate takes effect.

6. No Affiliation Disclaimer

ChurchExpress.net is an independent service provider and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Google, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), or any third-party platforms used as part of the service.

7. Limitation of Liability

ChurchExpress.net does not guarantee specific results, growth, attendance numbers, donations, or engagement outcomes. Results vary based on factors outside our control, including church participation, market conditions, and platform policies.

8. Acceptance of Terms

By checking the acceptance box at checkout or submitting payment, you confirm that you:

* Have read and understood these Recurring Billing Terms

* Agree to automatic recurring charges

* Agree to the full Terms & Conditions of ChurchExpress.net
