By accessing, purchasing, or using our services, you (“Client,” “Church,” “User,” or “Subscriber”) agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
1. Services
ChurchExpress.net provides digital marketing, automation, communication, and visitor engagement tools designed to help churches attract new visitors, improve retention, and enhance online presence.
Services may include (but are not limited to):
Digital funnels and landing pages
Advertising setup and management
Automation workflows (email, SMS, forms)
Google Maps and online visibility tools
Visitor follow-up systems
Specific features may vary by plan.
2. Eligibility
You represent that you are authorized to act on behalf of the church or organization purchasing the service and that you are at least 18 years of age.
3. Subscription & Billing
ChurchExpress services are offered on a subscription basis unless otherwise stated.
Billing occurs every 30 days, starting on the service activation date.
By subscribing, you authorize automatic recurring charges to your selected payment method.
All fees are billed in advance.
No Refund Policy
All payments are final and non-refundable, including:
Setup fees
Monthly subscription fees
Partial billing periods
Unused services
Failure to use the service does not entitle you to a refund.
4. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time by:

Cancellation stops future charges only.
No refunds or credits will be issued for payments already processed.
5. Failed Payments
If a payment fails, ChurchExpress.net may:
Retry the charge automatically
Suspend service access
Terminate the account if payment is not resolved
You are responsible for maintaining valid billing information.
6. Advertising & Platform Disclaimer
ChurchExpress.net is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by:
Meta (Facebook / Instagram)
TikTok
Any third-party advertising or software platform
Platform rules, algorithms, policies, and performance are outside our control and may change at any time.
7. No Guarantee of Results
ChurchExpress.net does not guarantee:
Attendance growth
Visitor conversions
Donations
Engagement levels
Advertising performance
Results vary based on factors including location, congregation participation, budget, platform policies, and market conditions.
8. Client Responsibilities
You agree to:
Provide accurate information and assets
Comply with applicable laws and regulations
Obtain consent for all contact lists used (email/SMS compliance)
Use services in a lawful, ethical, and respectful manner
ChurchExpress.net is not responsible for violations caused by client-provided data or instructions.
9. Intellectual Property
All content, systems, templates, workflows, and software provided by ChurchExpress.net remain the intellectual property of ChurchExpress.net unless otherwise stated.
You may not copy, resell, sublicense, or redistribute any materials without written permission.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ChurchExpress.net shall not be liable for:
Indirect or consequential damages
Loss of data, revenue, or opportunities
Platform outages or policy changes
Third-party service interruptions
Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client in the previous 30 days.
11. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services immediately if:
These Terms are violated
Payment obligations are not met
The service is used unlawfully or abusively
12. Modifications
ChurchExpress.net may update these Terms at any time.
Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
13. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

15 SMS & Text Message Communications
By providing your mobile phone number and opting in through ChurchExpress.net forms, checkboxes, landing pages, or written authorization, you consent to receive SMS/text messages from ChurchExpress.net related to your service. These messages may include, but are not limited to:
* Account notifications
* Service updates
* Appointment reminders
* System alerts
* Support communications
16 Consent & Opt-In
* Message delivery is subject to your carrier’s availability and network conditions.

17 Opt-Out Instructions

Clients are responsible for ensuring that any contact lists uploaded or used within ChurchExpress systems comply with:
* TCPA (Telephone Consumer Protection Act)
* A2P 10DLC regulations
* Applicable state and federal messaging laws
ChurchExpress.net is not liable for violations resulting from client-provided data or improper consent.
20 Stripe & Nonprofit / Religious Organization Compliance
Payment Processing
Payments for ChurchExpress.net services are processed securely through third-party payment processors such as Stripe, Authorize.net. ChurchExpress.net does not store or have access to full credit card details.
21 Nonprofit & Church Classification
ChurchExpress.net provides technology and marketing services to churches and religious organizations.
ChurchExpress.net itself is not a church, nonprofit, or religious institution, and does not process donations, tithes, or charitable contributions on behalf of churches unless explicitly stated in writing.
22 No Donation Processing
Unless otherwise specified:
All charges made by ChurchExpress.net are *service fees**, not donations.
Payments are *not tax-deductible**.
* ChurchExpress.net does not provide tax advice or donation receipts.
23. Chargebacks & Disputes
By purchasing ChurchExpress services, you agree to:
* Contact ChurchExpress support first to resolve billing concerns
* Not file chargebacks for services rendered, setup fees, or recurring subscriptions
Unauthorized or excessive chargebacks may result in immediate service suspension or termination.
24 Fraud & Abuse Prevention
ChurchExpress.net reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts suspected of:
* Fraudulent activity
* Payment abuse
* Policy violations
* Misrepresentation of nonprofit or tax-exempt status
